Delivery
All orders are usually processed and dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm
Orders are delivered 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, usually within 3 working days. Please allow up to a week before contacting us in case of missing orders
Please note we currently only offer shipping within the UK
Returns
If you’d like to return a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you
For unwanted items, return postage will be payable. In the unlikely event an item has arrived damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return or issue a full refund
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately either via the live chat button or here if you’d like to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee any cancellations once an order has been placed. We can’t be responsible for any errors in address details provided, and will not be able to redirect or refund orders in this case
