Dragon plants are one of the easiest and hardiest houseplants there are, with a undeniable tropical charm and compact, upright growth habit. ‘Yellow Coast’ is a vibrant and colourful variety well-suited to our drab winters.
As for care, they don’t come much easier! Dracaena will grow in anything from bright indirect light to shade, and temperatures above 12’C. Keep on the drier side to be safe – browning leaf tips generally indicate under-watering. These plants will naturally lose their lower leaves over time as they produce new ones from the top. These can be pulled away at the stem as they turn brown, exposing the trunk.
